What size? What material? Where? Wha? Hoooooowwww? Construct your own hoop tailored for your hoopdancing needs! Variety of tape colours/designs and other materials provided. Calgary Hoop Dance Lessons

Greetings Spinners!

It’s time my weekly Beginner Guided Hoop Dance Practice is announced! Every Thursday from 8-9pm at the Banff Trail Community Hall 2115 20 Ave NW (walking distance of UoC) I shall host drop-in classes for $10. Simply would love for you and your interested friends to come by for refreshing, fun, meditative movement workshops to open your heart and give peace and joy a home in your mind and body.
